Request a booking
Tell us the service, beds and baths, pets, address or area, and dates that work. It takes about two minutes on your phone.
We confirm your quote
We reply by email with a confirmed price and date. No payment is taken when you request. A deposit is only requested after we confirm your quote and you accept it.
A vetted local cleaner does the work
We schedule the clean and manage the job. The cleaner works to our written checklist.
We review the photo report
Every job ends with required photos (kitchen, baths, floors, trash). We review each report before the job is closed, and you can get a copy.
Re-clean if we missed something
If something in scope was missed, tell us and we arrange the re-clean. You deal with us, not a chain of people.

Are you a franchise?
No. Albemarle Standard is an independent, locally run company. We manage every job end to end and review every photo report.
Who does the cleaning?
Vetted local cleaners who work to our written checklist. We book and schedule the job, review the photo report, and handle any re-clean, so you only ever deal with us.
Do I pay when I request a booking?
No. Requesting a booking is free. We confirm your quote by email first. A deposit is only requested after we confirm the quote and you accept it.
Do you clean short-term rentals?
Yes. Airbnb and STR turnovers are quoted per property. Tell us beds, baths, how linens are handled, and your usual checkout and check-in times.
What is the photo report?
Before a job is closed, the cleaner takes a required set of photos (kitchen, baths, floors, and emptied trash). We review it and can send you a copy.
What’s not included in a standard clean?
Inside the oven and fridge (available as add-ons), laundry, exterior windows, garage or basement storage, wall washing, and organizing.
Are supplies included?
Yes, standard cleaning supplies are included. If you need scent-free or specific products, add a note when you book.
How does the $50 welcome offer work?
$50 off your first clean. New clients only. One per household. Mention it (or leave the box checked) on the booking form and we apply it to your confirmed quote.
